    JOB PURPOSE:


    Reporting to the Vice President, Procurement, the Senior Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for conducting market research, data analysis, and supplier evaluation to support sourcing decisions and contract negotiations.

    Working cross functionally, this role is critical to helping our staff and leaders visualize and leverage supply chain, manufacturing, and planning information in order to keep a pulse on our operations, identify opportunities, and head off potential threats.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:


    Consult with Supply Management leaders and mangers to help identify opportunities to leverage data to expose and improve supply, planning, and/or manufacturing performance.

    Develop and create metrics for supplier performance and compliance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecards, and provide feedback and improvement suggestions.

    Leverage and enhance information dashboards, often via PowerBI.
    Support the implementation and maintenance of procurement systems and tools, such as Coupa, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    Support initiatives for increasing digitalization of Supply Chain functions, including development of a supplier portal.
    Identify and implement procurement process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

    Conduct market research and benchmarking to understand latest trends and developments in the procurement field and potential impact to the business.

    Perform analysis for business requested applications and make recommendations to the business, for example solutions for RFx, Project Management, Spend Analytics, Contract Management, etc.

    Develop, conduct and coordinate end user training for applications.

    Develop early warning systems to proactively identify potential supply chain risks, and assist with business continuation planning and disaster recovery planning and testing.


    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
    Education/Certifications
    Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain or related field.

    Experience
    5+ years of relevant experience in procurement, operations management, supply chain, or business analysis.

    Skills/Abilities/Competencies
    Strong working knowledge of supply chain, purchasing, planning, and manufacturing processes and strategies
    Experience with PowerBI or similar analytical tools to author KPI dashboards and other data visualizations; excellent MS Office skills
    Experience with data analytics/reporting in an Oracle business system environment, data warehouse and Cognos preferred
