- Partner with the Chief People Officer, Chief HR Officer, Chief Learning Officer and Service Line Leadership to identify the needs and gaps for leadership skills and capabilities at the Firm.
- Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders and leverage influencing capabilities to implement cohesive and holistic leadership development programs, courses and learning paths that are scalable across the globe.
- Assess the skills and capabilities of Manager - Partner in the Firm based on transformation goals and the skills and capabilities to drive the growth strategy.
- Project manage the design and implementation of a variety of leadership training initiatives, from micro learning approaches to large-scale in-person events.
- Leveraging the principles of adult learning, design and deliver non-technical training throughout the Firm using a variety of learning formats and tools, e.g., instructor-led physical and virtual classes, self-paced and blended learning.
- Define, measure and communicate the impact of leadership programs on the business goals of the Firm.
- Serve as project lead in content development through effective collaboration with subject matter experts, providing required documentation for pre and post program measurement and files.
- Facilitate other learning related projects as requested.
- Ensure timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
- Maintain compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education or a related field required.
- You have 8+ years of experience with various aspects of communication, adult learning, facilitation of processes, coordination of events and course development preferred.
- You have specialized knowledge of needs assessment and course design and development.
- You have exceptional project management skills including problem solving, the ability to influence others and the desire to work on a team.
- You have technical writing skills for developing course content according to Firm standards.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You can work independently with minimal supervision.
- You can work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities.
- You can establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of tools.

Compensation
$120,000-$160,000
Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
