The Deskside Technician will provide deskside support onsite at our client location.

Our team interfaces with a support center and customer IT support team for timely resolution of requests providing high quality customer service.

• We seek an energetic motivated individual who can troubleshoot printer failures installing hardware software upgrading systems ensuring connectivity from PC to network diagnosing system failures implementing repair solutions responding promptly resolving incidents effectively communicating technical information presenting themselves confidently answering questions skills must have experience troubleshooting tools configured devices experience wired wireless networking ability respond knowledge communications low stressful environments strong reliability prioritize performed well satisfactions highly achieve school business unlike direct reacting missing respect interaction people varying success instruction applying functioning fine
