We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Reviewing details of documents to ensure required data for processing order/data is complete.


• Establishing data naming standards and consistent data definitions to improve overall data quality.


• Performing a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes.


• Following up clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.

For Reception, the below will be required.

• Answering and transferring phone calls to employees as needed.


• Sorting and delivering mail to departments.


• Responsible for watching the security cameras for any suspicious activity.


• Answering the gate and ensuring visitors have permission to enter.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.


• Data entry experience.


• 2 years of Receptionist experience.

Pay Rate Range: $22.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
