Job DescriptionDescription:
TEKsystems is currently seeking an IT Security Analyst - Physical Security Technician
TOP (5) POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in the management of the day-to-day operations of the Physical Security technology programs. Also assist in the develop and maintenance of the North America Physical Security technology infrastructure according to industry best practice. This will include working with other departments within IT (Network, Enterprise Systems and Cybersecurity).
• Assist with the development, implementation, and troubleshooting of physical access systems, network-based camera technologies, digital video collection, and network connected physical technology such at gates, turnstiles, and badge readers.
• Assist in routinely auditing and monitoring compliance with IT Security standards and policies. Assist in overseeing and directly liaising with security service providers across the North America business unit and consult on Security Convergence for the South America business unit.
• Assist in Maintaining ownership of all Physical Security technology related documents, policies, and procedures. This will include projects and other technology documentation related to Physical Security.
• Assist in providing analytical reports to Physical Security team when required. Also, will assist in project development, design, programming, and execution of systems across North America Business Unit.

Experience with firewalls, network devices, Windows Server, network-based camera technology, physical access panels, Physical Access Control Systems(PACS).
Previous experience in project management and security management preferred
