Position Title: RN Case Manager (Acute Care)
Travel Pay Rate:$58-$63/hr plus Blended Stipend
Local Pay Rate: $53-$57/hr
Work Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Shift : Days 40 hr/Shift
Hours/day: 8hrs Day
Contract Duration:13 weeks
License Requirement: California RN license
Certification Requirement: BLS
Experience: 2 years of Acute Care experience (can consider 1.5 years)
Experience with Utilization Review and Discharge Planning
