Now Hiring: Regional Nurse Consultant (RN)
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for leadership and healthcare quality improvement? We are seeking a dedicated Regional Nurse Consultant to join our team and oversee nursing operations across multiple locations in Dayton, Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida.
Regional Nurse Consultant Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff at various nursing home facilities within the region.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess clinical practices, compliance with regulations, and quality of care.
- Collaborate with facility leadership to implement best practices and address areas for improvement.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing teams, offering guidance and education on clinical standards.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing personnel.
- Monitor and analyze clinical outcomes, infection control measures, and resident satisfaction.
Regional Nurse Consultant Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio; multi-state licensure preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing nursing homes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel regularly between locations within the assigned region.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Regional Nurse Consultant or similar role.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations in Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida.
