Job summary
The National Geographic Society headquarters is undergoing a significant renovation project on its campus (called Base Camp). The Customer Service and Ticketing Supervisor will oversee daily ticketing and customer service operations at the National Geographic Museum of Exploration.
This role requires individuals to be on-site to perform job responsibilities. Must be flexible and able to work nights, weekends and holidays as museum operating hours and programming demands.
