- Address employee queries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system (ADP).
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Promote positive employee relations and ensure issues are resolved and escalated as necessary.
- Manage, develop, generate monthly HR reporting including headcount reporting and the org chart report.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- 4+ years of experience preferred.
- Familiarity with ADP or similar HRIS system.
- Healthcare industry experience a plus.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Full-time, 40 hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am-5:00pm
