The Security Guard is responsible for making facility checks and documenting noteworthy information on the shift report form.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain premises.
- Immediately inform Program Director and/or Program Coordinator of any unusual incidents concerning residents, buildings, or staff.
