    Description
    An Associate ProjectManager at Razorfish is equal parts planner, problem solver, analytical thinker and relationship builder.

    You will be working closely with global teams and major brands to support key business decisions and drive optimization and efficiency at both the project and portfolio level.


    Your impact:


    Spearhead a wide array of operational tasks including (but not limited to) financial reporting, staffing & allocations, training and account support at the project and portfolio level.

    Support the project management team with project plans, budgets, risk / issues logs, project dashboards / management reports and change orders.

    Ability to work with people in the company on all levels and in various geos.
    Ensure that documentation uses standard / approved formats, follows internal documentation processes and is reviewed / approved prior to delivery to the client
    Support key business decisions through data analysis and various reporting
    Drive project delivery through effective use of internal and external meetings

    Qualifications

    0-4 years of project management, operations or finance experience at an interactive agency or consulting firm
    Demonstrated ability to assume a leadership role in identifying / resolving issues
    Be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task across simultaneous projects
    Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Bachelor's degree required or equivalent military experience
    Proficiency in Excel

    Compensation Range:
    $52,500 - $70,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
