    Job title: General Manager

    Description

    Our organization is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the growth of our custom cabinetry and millwork division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing daily operations, including sales, estimating, drafting, project management and customer service.



    Job Description


    The successful General Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, maximize profitability and expand market presence. They will build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, suppliers, contractors and customers while monitoring inventory levels.


    • Foster a culture of collaboration by leading cross-functional teams.

    • Create key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.

    • Maintain compliance with safety standards, company policies and local regulations.

    In addition to these responsibilities, the General Manager must collaborate closely with our sales team to develop promotional strategies that identify new business opportunities. They must also stay up-to-date on industry trends through ongoing research into market changes in order not only meet but exceed expectations.
