Job Title: Lead Carpenter/Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Carpenter/Project Manager to join our team at Gehman Design Remodeling. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of remodeling projects from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead Trade Teams: Manage and oversee trade teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
• Coordinate Schedules and Resources: Organize project schedules, resources, and teams to maintain efficiency and safety on-site.
• Maintain Accurate Documentation: Keep detailed records of project progress, including reports, logs, and client agreements.
• Effective Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, team members, vendors, and trade partners, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Key Qualifications

• Craftsmanship Level Trade Skills: Possess the necessary trade skills to remodel kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and additions.
• Exceptional Leadership and Team Management Abilities: Proven ability to lead and manage work teams effectively.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, vendors, and trade partners.
• Strong Organizational Skills: Maintain attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Benefits and Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $28.50 - $32.00 per hour based on experience.
• Schedule: 4-day work week with 10 hour days, Monday - Thursday.
