Job summary

The HR Business Partner position will support multiple inland campuses and maintain a professional image to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers. Responsibilities include talent management, benefits, compensation, organizational learning and employee care.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of four years HR Generalist and/or Employee Relations or related experience
  • Minimum of two years leadership experience,
  • Knowledge of Federal and State Employment laws regulations including but not limited to FMLA FLSA ADA ADEA EEOC NLRA ERISA.
