    The Sr. Executive Recruiter will be responsible for executing the full life cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional job orders. This includes analyzing client needs, determining best recruiting methods, creating and deploying client-specific strategies, and developing candidate pipelines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop client accounts and generate new business through lead generation, referrals, and marketing efforts.
    • Analyze client needs and develop strategic recruiting plans to meet those needs.
    • Source and screen candidates using various techniques and tools.
    • Conduct behavioral-based interviews and competency-based evaluations.
    • Negotiate fee agreements with clients and complete necessary paperwork.
    • Maintain accurate records of assignments, candidates, and client interactions.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and industry contacts.

    About You:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruiter with a minimum of three years of experience recruiting top-tier candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum three years of experience recruiting top-tier candidates.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make recommendations.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
