    About BASS:

    BASS Medical Group is a large, multi-specialty medical group that offers comprehensive healthcare services from Primary Care, Surgery, to Cancer Care. BASS has expanded into Cancer Care, providing advanced treatment options to patients. BASS has put significant effort into expanding its Primary Care offerings, enabling patients to receive comprehensive healthcare for themselves and their families.

    Job Overview:

    Join the team at BASS as an MRI Technologist and be the expert who creates detailed images of the human body to aid in medical diagnoses.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct MRI procedures on patients referred by medical providers.
    • Explain MRI processes to patients and ensure their comfort throughout the procedure.
    • Adhere to orders from providers and Radiologist protocols.
    • Show sensitivity to patients' needs and pay attention to detail.
    • Follow safety practices for MRI use and equipment maintenance.
    • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and manage MRI equipment efficiently.
    • Have a venipuncture license and be able to inject contrast as required.
    • Attend meetings and stay updated on best practices in MRI technology.

    Requirements:

    • Valid ARRT, CRT, BLS certifications and venipuncture licensure.
    • Experience with 3T MRI machines preferred.
    • Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours when needed.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools and excellent customer service skills.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to perform job functions according to required standards.
    • Maintain regular attendance as per company standards.

    Pay Scale/Ranges:

    $37.00-$57.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

    Individual pay rates are determined based on various factors such as location, specialty, and education.
