- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of a nursing assistant course to allow one to qualify for the Vermont LNA test required.
- Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Licensed Nursing Assistant license by date of employment required.
- Health Care Provider BLS certification required with 90 days of hire.
- Previous nursing assistant experience preferred.

Description
The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) is responsible for assisting RN's in providing individualized goal directed patient care.
Shift includes 7pm-7:30am, benefits, shift differentials, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, RN pathway program, wellness programs and so much more
Shift differential includes from 7p-11p $1.50 per hour and from 11p-7a $7.00 per hour, weekends include $2.00 more per hour
