    About the Role

    As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial decision-making and strategic planning within the organization. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. The Corporate Finance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights that contribute to informed business decisions.

    What You Will Do

    1. Financial and Cost Analysis
    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the company's performance including variance analysis, trend analysis, scenario modeling.
    • Evaluate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify key financial metrics and trends.
    • Conduct comprehensive analysis of costs associated with the organization's operations, products, and services.
    • Identify cost drivers and analyze cost structures to provide insights into cost trends and variances.

    2. Cost Accounting and Inventory Management

    • Oversee cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate allocation of costs to products and production lines and standardize costing globally.
    • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and minimize carrying costs.
    • Partner with Quality team to establish warranty rate, closely manage warranty cost and reserve liability, analyze trends.

    3. Budgeting and Forecasting

    • Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budget and financial forecasts.
    • Collaborate with department heads to gather relevant information and ensure alignment with overall corporate goals.

    4. Financial Reporting

    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements in financial reporting.

    What You Need

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related degree. MBA and/ or CPA is a plus.
    • 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate/ manufacturing finance, financial analysis, or a related field
    • Knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders
    • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    • Strong software and system acumen (ERP experience preferred, SAP experience a plus)

    Work Environment
