General MS, COPD, CIWAs/withdrawals, pancreatitis, direct admits from CAHs, infections, and surgical patients (total joints—hips/knees, urology, OB/GYN, general surgery: appy/chole/hernia)
Experience
Required: 1 year MS or PCU

Clinical Details
Drips:
No titration; Heparin & PCAs
Tele:
Nurses not required to read strips; expected to be tele-aware
Charge Nurse:
Each shift; no assignment unless necessary; ANMs available
CNAs: 3 CNAs (1:8–12); may be pulled for sitter needs
RT:
Available; manages all respiratory equipment (home CPAP, high flow; BiPAP initiated then transferred)
Scheduling & Logistics
Shifts: 7a–7p / 7p–7a; modified self-scheduling (initially plugged in; flexibility expected)
Weekends: 6 × 12-hour shifts per 6-week schedule
