- Respond to inbound internet leads by phone, text message, and email
- Schedules service appointments
- Conducts telephone transactions courteously and promptly
- Follows all attendance and punctuality standards and adheres to timekeeping standards; Employees are required to record the beginning and end times of any shift, break or departure from work for personal reasons
- Maintains a professional appearance in accordance with company policy
- Log ALL customer attempts and comments in and schedule follow up calls.
- Re-schedule "no show" customer appointments.
- Makes daily call quota (200 calls per day)
- Understand profiles and patterns of typical telephone prospects
- The ability to manage high call volumes, internet leads and call lists simultaneously
- Minimum one year of call center experience; dealership experience highly desired
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with dealership CRM and DMS systems
- Must pass background & Drug screen
- Basic computer skills
- Must have valid driver license
- Must work 40 hours a week
