    ** Forklift Operator - Plant**

    **Description**

    **Summary**: Operate electric-powered standup reach truck to put away, replenish, and pick pallets of product, equipment, or materials. Use on-board or hand-held scanner to process transactions. Operate turret truck and stock picker to perform similar functions. First and second shift opportunities available. **You must be available to work overtime when needed.** Second Shift: 3:30 PM-12:30 am M TU W TH, and 12:30 pm - 6:30 pm F.

    **Job functions:**

    **1.** Put away inbound products after receipt.

    **2.** Replenish inventory to correct pick slots.

    3. Pull and stage orders.

    **4.** Load trucks for outbound shipments.

    **5.** Inspect equipment daily. Report damaged products and shortages. Perform cycle counts as needed.

    **Additional Responsibilities:**

    Performs other duties as assigned.

    **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:**

    Knowledge of forklift procedures.

    Knowledge of safety procedures

    Basic reading and math skills.

    **Education and Experience Required:** Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent and previous warehouse and/or distribution experience. Basic computer experience.
