- Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of related work experience in Finance with expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and data analytics
- Proven ability to merge a strategic business perspective with strong project management and analytical skills
- Flexible and able to contribute to multiple projects within the team
- Interest in working with large datasets using data analysis tools such as SQL and visualization apps like PowerBI, Tableau
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey the message at different organizational levels
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint with experience in data visualization tools
- Confidence and business maturity to work independently and collaborate effectively with senior management
- Ability to create presentations for senior management and think critically, solve problems, and make decisions
- Implement financial reporting that promotes good financial discipline
- Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment and embrace ambiguity
- Take initiative and propose creative solutions that challenge conventional approaches
- Lead and execute high-profile projects efficiently
- Present data, analyses, and conclusions to senior management effectively

The Role
This Senior Manager role is part of the Fidelity Wealth Finance Decision Support and Analytics Team, a Center of Excellence delivering impactful financial analysis to our business partners. Your main goal will be to lead various analytics, financial management, and strategic business partner support to drive improved outcomes and financial results across the organization. You'll conduct consultative analytics and provide executive level recommendations for key strategic priorities within Fid Wealth groups. Projects will vary from short-term ad-hoc tasks to long-term projects that could last over 3 months. In a matrixed organization, you'll closely collaborate with Wealth Finance VPs and Wealth CoEs, including Line Finance Costing teams. Additionally, you'll mentor and train junior analysts on the team through indirect management opportunities.

Fidelity's working model combines remote work with in-person collaboration to meet associate and business needs efficiently. Most hybrid roles currently require onsite presence for one full week every four weeks (with a shift to two weeks starting in September 2024).
