- Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Collect data on client progress and behavior throughout therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with the BCBA to modify intervention strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions and progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients' families and other team members.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and company policies.
- Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes or other community settings as needed.
