Job Description

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol in FOREST, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more.

As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents.

You will support access points, assist employees and visitors with clear communication, and document observations for the site team.

What You'll Do

Provide customer service to location staff and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

Control access at gates, doors, and other entry points by verifying authorization, monitoring visitor check-in, and directing deliveries to designated receiving areas.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site contacts and/or emergency services per post orders.

Complete required reports and shift logs, document unusual activity, and communicate observations and/or concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements

Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
