Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work with the Store Manager to enhance fill-rate strategies
• Establish networks and relationships within the market
• Conduct quality eye exams, prioritizing patient experience
• Provide lens recommendations during exams
• Ensure smooth hand-off of patients to the retail team
• Engage with potential patients and the team during downtime
