**CNC Machinist**
**Location** - Stafford, TX
**Schedule** : 4PM-2:30AM Monday-Friday
**Pay** : $19-$26 DOE
**NOTES: Candidates MUST have 4axis milling experience**
+ Experience programming on Autodesk Part Maker (Preferred)
+ Five to Ten years CNC machine experience in a production manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to complete all production deadlines.
+ Record and maintain department production records in accordance with procedures.
+ Operate various machines per method sheets and manuals to build and complete finished products.
+ Inspect completed parts using calipers, micrometers, depth mics etc.
+ Must be able to both upload programming and manually code at CNC machines
+ Perform and document quality control (QC) checks on manufactured product.
+ Perform preventative maintenance (PM) operations as required by the PM Plan.
+ Machinist will produce machined parts by programming setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine, maintaining all dimensions within specs using OD and ID and depth Mic, calipers, bore gages. Also includes applying all quality, safety practices and standards.
Responsibilities
+ CNC Programming for Milling & Turning and perform machine setups on a variety of different parts
+ Utilize all necessary tools and procedures and maintain that machines are running in proper order as required. This includes daily weekly and monthly machine maintenance.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to complete all production deadlines.
+ Record and maintain department production records in accordance with procedures.
+ Operate various machines per method sheets and manuals to build and complete finished products.
+ Inspect completed parts using calipers, micrometers, depth mics etc.
+ Must be able to both upload programming and manually code at CNC machines
+ Perform and document quality control (QC) checks on manufactured product.
+ Perform preventative maintenance (PM) operations as required by the PM Plan.
+ Able to manage multiple projects at a time, prioritizing as required
+ Assist with continuous improvement efforts.
+ Performs additional duties and assignments as directed by management.
+ Able to work with minimal supervision
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Experience programming on Autodesk Part Maker (Preferred)
+ General computer skills
+ Five to Ten years CNC machine experience in a production manufacturing environment.
+ Accurate and attentive to detail.
+ Ability to read and understand blueprints and/or method sheets to produce parts.
+ Able to work in a team and get along with co-workers
