    Description

    Join our team as a Receiving and Shipping Clerk!

    Welcome to our company! We're looking for a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk and Shipping Clerk to join our team. Check out the job responsibilities below:

    RECEIVING CLERK SUMMARY

    • Verify, stock, and perform data entry for all materials received against purchase orders
    • Match material received to packing slips and purchase orders daily
    • Label received material with an LGS bar code, including date code, lot number, and part number
    • Assist Inventory and Material Handlers as needed
    • Maintain files on purchase orders not yet received

    SHIPPING CLERK SUMMARY

    • Ship all customers' orders using various carriers
    • Check carton markings and shipping documents
    • Coordinate delivery and pickup of local customers' orders
    • Complete all necessary shipping documents
