** Inventory Logistics Specialist**
Phoenix, AZ 85051
Monitor and maintain inventory levels for Phoenix location, offsite storage, FTR (rest of company), and coordinate with subcontractors on stock and replenishment when necessary
Audit, record and track all inventory from warehouse distribution to end destination
Manage supplier complaints, settle disputes, and resolve conflicts to acceptable purchasing standards and until corrective action is acceptable to the company
Assist accounts payable personnel with supplier invoice issues
Assist in new product sourcing and design as requested
Identify the developmental needs of others in understanding the Inventory/Logistics process and provide the coaching required to achieve positive results
Establish objectives and strategies to identify potential money-saving opportunities
Analyze/compare supplier options and make recommendations to source product
Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work
Establish and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with critical suppliers
Develop, implement & maintain Inventory, Logistics, and Audit instructions, policies and procedures
Considerable physical activity. May require handling of objects that can weigh up to 50 lbs.
Position holder to be available after hours when required
Receive equipment upon delivery, reconcile issues such as damage, short shipments, etc., unpack/unbox and put away.
Re-stock consumable items (zip ties, screws, packing materials, tape, office supplies, etc) as necessary.
Label shelves put away areas as needed; ensure Bin locations are kept and maintained.
General organization and upkeep of warehouse.
General warehouse maintenance-sweeping, cleaning, sorting, reconfiguring physical layout as necessary, schedule trash pickup as needed, monitor and and report any building issues as needed.
Work with technicians and Project Managers for pulling equipment for rack fabrication.
Schedule and coordinate electronic waste E-Recycle pickups.
Schedule and coordinate scrap metal pickups (excess metal pieces from racks, decommissioned empty racks, etc)
Schedule and coordinate courier deliveries from shop to courthouse locations within specific timeframes
Schedule courier/employee movement of inventory between FTR locations or court locations
Inter-office shipping as needed (equipment to/from Arizona or AUS)
Prep, pack and manage Demo systems/equipment as needed

You are an experienced inventory person looking to make the next step. A successful candidate will deliver excellent representation of FTR in monitoring and maintaining all current inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations. Responsible for all inventory audits, tracking and records. Responsible for accurate and timely order fulfillment, along with liaising with other departments as needed to ensure proper record keeping.

**Essential Work Experience, Qualifications and Skills**
General knowledge and experience in Inventory, Logistics and Warehouse Management
2+ years proven experience in inventory management
Proficient in procurement systems and current industry standard PC applications
Demonstrated flexibility to successfully deal with competing priorities
Demonstrated high level problem solving ability
Excellent communication, liaison, and negotiation skills
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical terminology to people with limited or no technical understanding.
Proactive and solutions driven
Proven ability to manage deadlines and budgetary limitations
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work calmly under pressure, multitask and prioritize.
