Job Summary
MSTS manages and operates the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) for the U.S. National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). Our MISSION is to help ensure the security of the United States and its allies by providing high-hazard experimentation and incident response capabilities through operations, engineering, education, field, and integration services.
Responsibilities
- Manage DAF engineers and engineering activities associated with the DAF Electrical,
& Mechanical,& Communications and Civil,
Structural,& Architectural groups. - Autorize facility Configuration Management changes
& manage the configuration of assigned DAF facility systems. - Provide technical support in areas of construction,maintenance,and nuclear operations.
Cordinate with engineers project managers & maintenance personnel to ensure proper testing
& documentation is developed to support component & system specifications functions & operability.
