This candidate will help with our client The Law Offices of Julian Lewis Sanders & Associates and manage portions of their cases.
Your efforts will be of significant importance to their team and clients. The position is based in their office located at 3560 Lenox Rd. Atlanta, GAOur Company
At In the Network LLC, we've partnered with The Law Offices of Julian Lewis Sanders & Associates, a top Personal Injury Law Firm in Atlanta.
We are hiring the candidate with the right experience and determination for this role.Candidates must have previous experience in legal case management.
Candidates must
assist with phone calls, communicate with multiple clients, and coordinate scheduling with medical providers.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct initial client phone calls to gather details about the personal injury case
Communicate with multiple clients
Communicate with providers and update CRM with accurate information
Manage medical portion of the case
Communicate with clients regularly, providing updates on case progress and addressing their medical concerns
Coordinate scheduling and transportation with medical providers
Provide support and guidance to clients throughout their process
Answer high volume of calls
Property damage knowledge is preferred
Ability to interpret to clients who speak different languages (bilingual)
Position Requirements:
Experience in a similar role
Knowledge of basic office equipment and technology
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
Strong attention to detail
