    Summary:

    As a pharmacist at CCH, you'll provide holistic pharmaceutical care to our patients. This includes furnishing drug insights, monitoring therapeutic drug usage, adjusting doses for renal patients, conducting therapeutic substitutions, transitioning from IV to oral medications, and offering patient education and counseling. You'll act as the go-to specialist for the healthcare crew on all matters related to drug therapy. Your mission? To promote the safe application of medications and ensure that prescribing, dispensing, administering, and monitoring procedures adhere to established safety protocols.

    Required Education:

    • Bachelor's degree mandatory
    • Master's degree preferred
    • Doctoral degree preferred
    • Experience in a hospital or similar pharmacy environment valued
    • Strong computer skills crucial
    • Clear written and oral communication abilities necessary

    Required License:

    NCBOP Pharmacist Licensure

    Required Certification:

    BCLS in accordance with CCH Policy
