FSS Staffing is seeking Pennsylvania-based Data Collectors to join a reassessment project team. The Data Collector is a highly visible role responsible for inspecting, verifying, and recording the physical description of real estate properties. This is a full-time opportunity with potential for long-term career growth for successful candidates.

Job Title: Data Collector - Potter

Location: Coudersport, PA

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17.00/HR

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D

Responsibilities

• Accurately verify, gather, and record the physical description of real estate properties
• Submit regular reports to track progress against assigned work
• Serve as a public-facing representative of the reassessment project, maintaining professional communication and appearance at all times

Qualifications

• Located in or near Pike County, PA, with reliable transportation to and from assigned locations
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bending, stretching, and kneeling may be required during property inspections
• Ability to climb stairs and carry 510 lbs. of equipment
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in all seasons and weather conditions
• Effective verbal communication skills and ability to address questions from the public
• Ability to work a 40-hour work week
• Valid drivers license required
• Real estate experience is a plus
• Census, mail carrier, or delivery experience is a plus
