As a service advisor with Farris Motor Company, you have the opportunity to use your management and sales skills to lead a team of technicians without the micromanagement of some unseen manager that has never stepped foot in the service lane. You will be a key contributor to a high performing team that over the past 5 years has doubled the size of the organization.
Because of our stellar reputation and history in the community, we currently have an endless amount of work and are currently booked weeks in advance. We have a strong team of experienced technicians, Service Advisors, and Parts Advisors. We are a very successful shop just looking for the right teammate to join us on our journey to the next level.

Who Should Apply
This is an already established team that is profitably producing quality work. We are looking for an experienced advisor who specializes in maximizing sales, technician proficiency, and customer service. Prior FCA/Stellantis experiences is not required but can help ease the integration into the team and organization.
