    St. Joseph's Home Health, located in Midland, TX, is the largest locally owned Home Healthcare Company. St. Joseph's Home Health is looking to hire an experienced Home Care Marketer/Sales Executive to join our Marketing Team and help us grow and develop our Private Duty Division. Your goal is to submit referrals and enroll them.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain relationships with concierge physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and other high end health care professionals who utilize home care services by regularly scheduling and conducting visits to those referral sources in order to assist in identifying those patients who may be appropriate for home health services thereby increasing the number of clients served by the agency/market.
    • Bring workable patient referrals to the agency
    • Develop new referral sources in the community
    • Strengthen relationships with new and existing referral sources - daily visits to organizations, physician offices, hospitals, assisted livings facilities and adult day care to educate and inform referral sources and patients of home health options
    • Promote our professional services within the community.
    • Pre-plan weekly marketing activities and follow-through
    • Maintain complete and concise written documentation relating to all sales activity to assure appropriate lead tracking and follow-up
    • Daily visits to physician offices/hospitals/assisted livings facilities and adult day cares to educate and inform referral sources and patients of home health options
    • Event coordination and community liaison - participate in health fairs, awareness days, etc.

    Job Qualifications

    • Experience in health care marketing preferably in home health care operations.
    • Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
    • Excellent selling, organization, problem-solving skills and the ability to appropriately represent the Company service capabilities to the targeted referral source audience is required.
    • Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
    • We provide In Home Non Skilled care to our clients in their home and community setting. The Home Care Marketing Specialist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with referral partners which includes doctor offices, community centers/senior centers, long term care facilities, assisted living and independent living, rehabs etc.
