About the Role The Manager Mobile Health Program is responsible for the overall operational management of the mobile screening van This position will obtain new community and corporate partners through networking and working collaboratively with Population Health and Community Affairs/Marketing at UH This position will provide supervisory oversight to employees supporting mobile health maintain the community outreach schedule develop workflows and processes related to mobile health and patient hand off policies to departments at UH Importantly this individual will track metrics demonstrating success and maintain the grant budget funding for the unit A strong collaborative relationship with NJCEED/SAVE programs is important Insuring compliance with UH policies quality goals grant standards and operational goals including volume expectations and financial goals is required
