    A nationally recognized leader in the civil engineering sector, heavily invested in Civil Engineering and Environmental Services across the USA.

    Location

    This role will be based out of Buffalo, New York. The client offers a hybrid working option.

    The Role & Responsibilities

    This role involves joining a nationally recognized leader's expanding team, leveraging expertise and knowledge across Water and Wastewater. As a critical member of the team, you will contribute to project development and execution, supporting new and existing clients across planning, design, and construction of Water & Wastewater projects.

    • Develop and lead client development/marketing proposals to identify and secure new business.
    • Support and manage the full project lifecycle across leading Wastewater projects, including Municipal drinking water, wastewater facilities, and wastewater treatment plants.
    • Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering calculations and analysis.
    • Prepare and review project documentation, bid packages, cost estimates, and scopes of work.
    • Leverage technical knowledge to ensure project quality, schedule, and budgets are met, meeting internal and external standards and specifications.
    • Coordinate multi-disciplinary designers to undertake and complete evaluations and designs.
    • Manage and develop design teams and junior team members.
    • Travel across project sites as required.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Science degree in a related field.
    • Demonstratable experience across the full project lifecycle of Civil Engineering Wastewater projects.
    • P.E Certification.
