Job summary

Jackson's Strategic Support Program is designed to create a talent pipeline providing on-demand staffing to various departments and teams within the organization. The Service Desk SSA will be the central point of contact between users and IT. They will ensure incidents service requests and communications are managed efficiently maintaining smooth business operations.

Responsibilities
