    PleasureLand RV has a RV Shop Supervisor position available for organized, motivated and reliable team members.

    The purpose of this position is to set and maintain the service schedule by scheduling service units while keeping both the customer and service departments in the know of their unit's status.

    Our RV Service Dispatcher position is designed to act as the primary communication hub throughout our internal departments by building and maintaining a service schedule in order to effectively and efficiently control the work flow for both stock and customer units through our service bays.

    This position will coordinate between our service advisors, technicians, parts department and lot crew to ensure that we meet the deadlines provided by our customers and internal departments with a strong focus on quality repairs.

    Essential Job Functions:


    Plan, organize, lead, and control the flow of service work through the service department in a professional, timely manner while ensuring quality repairs.

    Manage the dispatch software system from completing proper repair documentation as well as updating units' status and any changes such as cost estimates or service time allotted.

    Maintain open communication within the service department to ensure that everything stays organized so that our customers will receive a positive experience.

    Facilitate the physical movement of coaches to and from service bays and internal sublet shops as well as allocating technician and workshop time to allow maximum productivity in accordance with policy and the technician skill level required.
