JEFFREY PLACE HEALTHCARE CENTER, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is currently seeking a full time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities for you to create programming in cognition, functional mobility, wound care, balance, and many more. We provide on-going training and career development opportunities as well as career advancement with our growing organization
SLP Operations is a small but growing network of 43 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities.
