    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
    • Active State License as a Physical Therapist
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Certification in CPR, negative TB screening, and Hepatitis consent/declination
    • Minimum of two years' experience as a Physical Therapist in acute care or rehabilitation settings


    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Proficiency in therapy practices aligned with industry standards
    • Strong interpersonal abilities
    • Familiarity with durable medical equipment

    Medical Specialties: Home Health

    Schedule:
    • 8-hour shift
    • Day shift
    • Monday to Friday
    • Weekend availability as required
