The Manager, Programmatic (Technical Account Manager, TAM) is a unique role of part strategic account manager and part programmatic trader.
This individual will work closely with our Sales team to cultivate senior-level relationships, provide programmatic, social, and email consultation, and ensure our clients are wildly successful on the marketing initiatives they're running across the IQVIA operating system.
About the JobAct as the day-to-day named point of contact for a list of client accounts
Own execution of programmatic campaigns for IQVIA's clients and analyze in-flight metrics to ensure full delivery and performance expectations are exceeded
Develop a strong understanding of the healthcare and Pharmaceutical space, the players in the ecosystem and the industry metrics used to measure success
Work with Sales to grow existing business through high-impact results and increase share of wallet with existing book of business
Build a deep expertise in digital media buying, leveraging your expertise to improve best practice documentation and help new team members get up to speed
Effectively communicate buying strategies, testing and outcomes, and new opportunities to internal and external stakeholders through strong "storytelling" and data-driven analysis
Tenaciously troubleshoot delivery issues and provide feedback to our Product Management and Engineering teams on opportunities to make our products more efficient and effective
Extract and deliver insightful findings for further optimization, client facing reports and presentations
Must Have:
Knowledge of digital media buying and/or hands-on experience with programmatic buying platforms
Experience managing and optimizing programmatic campaigns
Knowledge of agency media planning process, including how programmatic fits alongside social, email and TV
Able to prioritize work based on strategic value and self-manage across multiple projects
Proficiency in breaking down complex technical problems into business solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Passion for working in a space that sits at the intersection of healthcare and technology
Preferred
Knowledge of paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook
Familiarity with ad serving platforms (Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, etc.)
Knowledge of SQL

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $66, $100, The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
