Job Duties Include:

• Receive dispatched work orders for plumbing service calls via fax and phone in orders.
• Log all work orders into company system software.
• Dispatch work orders to the field techs according to priority.
• Report work order status as required by manager.
• Maintain invoice log for plumbing invoices.
• Provide purchase orders to the vendors.
• Job file set up for all plumbing work orders.
• Submit office supply orders as needed.
• Forward faxes and emails to appropriate personnel.
• Answer all incoming phone calls from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Scheduling and managing service calls and estimates.
• Managing warranty claims.
• Typing, filing and various office duties.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with technicians and customers.
• An upbeat team player personality.
• Dependable transportation to and from work.
• Pass background check.
• Computer skills.
• Experience in dispatching.
• Ability to multi-task.
