Job Description & Requirements
Hiring: CSFA – Michigan
Position: Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA)
Location: Alpena, MI
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Gross Weekly Pay: $2,366
W2 Rate: $28.00/hour
Per Diem: $1,246.00
Requirements:
3+ years of CSFA experience (Required)
Will work as a CST when FA duties are not needed
BLS (AHA) Certification
NBSTSA Certification
