    Hours are 12pm – 8pm.


    Your key responsibilities:

    • Provide assistance to Commercial team on management of client projects.

    Administrative tasks including:

    Preparation for internal and external Meetings, filing, basic paperwork for client, PowerPoint and Excel support at needed, putting together market products for presentations, supporting extending group beyond sales team (evaluation + marketing team).


    • Provides administrative support to Commercial Team (travel, calendar, etc.)

    Basic interaction with client:
    sample orders, paperwork requests, etc.

    Input sample orders, monitor samples and non-conformance issues, ensure samples get to areas where they are needed (FDM, Client, CI, etc.) including market products for presentations.


    • Uses commercial system to assist with projects (SAP/Atlas/SPIRE/Cristal/Oxygen/CLASS)
    • Maintains data for Commercial Team, manage and record bases, may enter ARs as necessary. Special assignments as required by the Commercial Team

    You bring:

    • Associate Degree required
    • Minimum of 0-1 year's administrative experience with MS Office
    • Ability to multi-task, solve problems and work in a fast pace environment
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
