Our prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, adaptable, and has experience in a law firm environment.

You will provide critical support to our legal team across various practice areas, ensuring smooth office operations and contributing to our firm's success.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to lawyers across various litigation practice areas
E-File documents in State and Federal Court
Draft, revise, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and presentations.
Coordinate with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Perform legal research and prepare legal reports as required.
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports for attorneys.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal secretary or in a similar role within a law firm.

Proficiency in law firm administrative work is essential.
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and legal document formatting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal research software.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, clients, and external agencies.
