Description

Summary: Responsible for clearing and cleaning tables as guests are finished, sweeping the floors, filling ice machines, and interacting with guests while providing excellent hospitality.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Assures tea is refilled
Assures ice is refilled.
Assures bean pot is refilled.
Assures floor area is clear from spills.
Responsible for picking up finished trays from tables.
Responsible for wiping down tables.
Responsible for sweeping at end of night and throughout shift.
Responsible for taking dirty trays and silverware to kitchen.
Responsible for taking out trash to dumpsters.
Maintains restroom cleanliness.
Assures caddies are restocked.
Offer guests to-go boxes, bags, etc
Performs other duties as assigned.

Language Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
