- The Paramedic will also be responsible for collecting pertinent data within their certification scope of responsibilities and report these clinical, psychosocial, etc., findings to the RN or Critical Care provider and charts appropriately.

- High School diploma or equivalency

Main tasks include:
Paramedic
The paramedic works in a full-service Intensive Care Unit and/or Emergency room. This role assumes the responsibility for assisting with the implementation of supportive nursing care under the direction of the Registered Nurse and Medical Director. Under the direction of a health care practitioner, the Paramedic provides patient care within a defined scope of practice in accordance with the DC regulations.
