    Job Description

    EverStaff, a recruiting firm, seeks a candidate for our Direct Hire position with a top client, offering excellent work culture, benefits, and growth potential. We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Administrator who provides comprehensive systems, network, and IT support, including service desk support, LAN/WAN maintenance, and oversight of systems like AD, Azure, Office 365, backups, and databases.

    Details:

    Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8am to 5pm (On-Site)

    Annual Salary: up to $100,000/yr.

    Benefits:

    Responsibilities:
    1. Network Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain LANs, WANs, and intranets.
    2. Security: Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
    3. Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve network issues, providing technical support to end-users and IT staff.
    4. Monitoring: Monitor network performance and address issues proactively.
    5. Configuration Management: Manage and configure network devices.
    6. Server Maintenance: Maintain and support servers.
    7. Collaboration: Work with IT professionals and external stakeholders for integration.
    8. Updates and Training: Ensure devices are up-to-date and provide user training.
    9. Compliance and Vendor Management: Ensure compliance with regulations and work with vendors for procurement and support.
    10. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends.
    Qualifications:
    1. College Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
    2. 6+ years of practical experience.
    3. Cisco experience required.
    4. Hands-on experience in networking, troubleshooting, routing, and switching.
    5. Knowledge of Windows Desktop/Server operating systems and backup/recovery methodologies.
