Tilson is hiring for a skilled Warehouse & Yard Manager for our Las Vegas, NV location to manage, track, report incoming/outgoing client materials and equipment.

The ideal candidate will be required to maintain a safe, organized, clean warehouse/ yard and work environment. Report daily to Las Vegas warehouse market management.*Working outdoors in a yard/ warehouse environment will be required for this position

• Eligible candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in the elements for % of the day.

Responsibilities:
Track and record company inventory, provide regular updates.
Manage client assets, scan, inventory, and report status.
Maintain relationships with internal and external customers, representing Tilson in a professional and positive manor.
Receive, inventory, manage, store, and ship products in warehouse/ yard environment.
Organize and clean warehouse/ yard premises.
Monitor and manage inventory.
Manage logistics, shipping, loading, and unloading of products.
Deliver and pickup materials from other facilities and jobsites.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
Handle delicate and sensitive products with utmost care.
Drive a company truck, sometimes with a trailer.
Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse/ yard.
Integrate best practices in handling warehouse/ yard materials.
Maintain a safe, OSHA compliant work environment at all times.


Qualifications:
Must be comfortable working outdoors for 40-60% of the day in a warehouse yard environment.
Ability to lift 75 pounds.
High school degree or equivalent.
Proficiency in MS Office Products with working knowledge of computer.
Valid drivers license.
Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently.
Highly organized and able to store items efficiently.
Must be at least 21 years of age to meet Tilsons driving eligibility requirements.
