- Represent State Trustees in property transactions
- Collaborate with Real Estate agents and suppliers to carry out tasks in line with State Trustees' standards
- Supervise Property Services contracts to ensure compliance and service level agreements
- Resolve any contractor non-compliance issues
- Manage costs of third-party services efficiently
- Protect and manage properties and personal belongings in the best interest of clients
- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties involved
- Hold a Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or possess significant experience in real estate
- Demonstrate expertise in property management and customer service
- Show proficiency in Real Estate sales and leasing processes
- Ability to create professional correspondence, reports, and recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
